Price, coverage and conditions
The price is per vehicle and per trip, not per passenger. Each route has its own price in the booking tool, depending on the vehicle: sedan for 1 to 3 passengers, minivan for 4 to 7 and van for 8 to 15. You see the full amount before paying.
We cover Bogotá (El Dorado), Medellín (José María Córdova), Cartagena, Cali, Pereira, Santa Marta, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, San Andrés and Neiva, as well as intercity trips.
With a taxi you queue and the fare depends on the meter or on traffic. A private transfer is booked before you travel, the driver tracks your flight, the vehicle is only for your group and you know the price when you book.
In the arrivals hall, after you collect your luggage, with a sign showing your name. If you cannot see him, message us on WhatsApp and we will find him with you.
We track the flight in real time and move the pickup to the actual landing time. The driver waits up to 45 minutes at no extra cost. If the flight is diverted to another airport, message us and we reorganise the service.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the service. If it is less than 24 hours away, message us on WhatsApp at +57 314 664 4303 and we review it case by case. Date changes follow the same notice.
All of them are private. The vehicle is only for your group: you do not share it with other passengers and there are no stops at other hotels.
Yes. We work with individual travellers, families, groups and agencies, and we run a commission programme for agencies and hotels. For groups of more than 15 people or simultaneous departures, message us and we set up the operation.
